Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Site Manager for Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance to oversee mission-ready aircraft delivery at the Service Hub. You will lead maintenance planning, execution, and return to service, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for safe, compliant operations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in aviation maintenance, strong leadership, and demonstrated ability to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency in a Part 135 environment.

Qualifications

• Leads the Site Hub Operations and Aircraft Maintenance functions.
• Manages staff and vendors to deliver Mission Ready aircraft.
• Drives safety, quality, cost and on-time performance with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning, execution and return to service at Service Hub locations.
• Monitor SLAs, performance metrics, and supplier relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control Center, Planning, Quality, and Operations Scheduling.
• Travel to other Service Hub sites as needed to support operations.
