Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. seeks a Site Manager for Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance in Chicago. You will deliver mission-ready aircraft, oversee maintenance planning, and manage internal teams and external vendors to meet SLAs and safety standards.

Lead cross-functional partners such as Return to Service Specialists and Supply Chain Coordinators, driving improvements in safety, cost, and on-time performance while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation or maintenance leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance, safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance planning, execution and return to service at Service Hub locations.
• Lead multiple teams and external vendors to deliver Mission Ready aircraft.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure SLAs and regulatory compliance.
