Job summary

NetJets Aviation, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager, Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance in Reading, PA to oversee mission-ready aircraft delivery, maintenance planning, execution, and return to service at the Service Hub.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, monitor performance metrics, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely aircraft availability across shifts, partnering with Maintenance Control Center and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation maintenance or service hub operations.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with maintenance planning, line maintenance and MRO coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-team and supplier performance to deliver Mission Ready aircraft in compliance with SLAs.
• Lead Service Hub Vendors and develop staff and vendors for improved performance.
• Monitor metrics daily; adjust plans to meet safety, quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Control Center, Line Planning, Quality, Training and Operations Scheduling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
