Sun Chemical in Cincinnati is seeking a Site Manager to drive operational excellence, safety leadership, and financial performance at a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will lead a site team of about 92 employees and directly manage 8 department leaders to ensure outstanding safety, quality, service, and reliability for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 15+ years of managerial leadership experience in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience managing both union and non-union teams and driving employee engagement.
• Proven track record in EHS, quality, cycle time, asset optimization, and cost reduction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical, operational and financial data.
• Excellent communication and influence across levels and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site team to excellence in EHS and manufacturing capability.
• Drive continuous improvement, employee engagement, and safe operations.
• Identify and manage operational risks including regulatory, quality, cost, and reliability.
• Develop budgets, objectives, and capital plans aligned with global strategy.
• Implement long-term manufacturing and asset strategies for reliable product availability.
• Represent Sun Chemical to authorities and the community; promote Sun/DIC values.
