Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising hourly production areas and personnel, preferably in a union environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Optimize production results during shifts through training and instruction to operators.
• Maintain production records and reports as directed by site managers.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety, housekeeping rules, and labor relations as applicable.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense control.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and document minutes and inspections.
• Coach and discipline employees as needed.
• Ensure correct documentation of batches moving between departments.
