A leading industrial services organization is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee 24/7 operations at a high‑activity facility in Mesa, AZ. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader with strong operational, maintenance, and safety expertise, along with the ability to manage people, processes, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site leader, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient daily operations across a 24/7 environment.
• Act as the site’s main point of contact for customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other external partners.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, capital planning, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements and revenue growth.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team through effective staffing, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Direct and support maintenance activities, including preventive programs and heavy‑equipment oversight.
• Drive project planning and execution, contributing to long‑term business planning and operational strategy.
• Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and ethical work practices in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Strong project management, planning, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
