Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in operations management.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and heavy equipment operations.
• Strong project management, planning, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site leader, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient daily operations across a 24/7 environment.
• Act as the site’s main point of contact for customers, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other external partners.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, capital planning, and identifying opportunities for improvements and revenue growth.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team through staffing, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Direct and support maintenance activities, including preventive programs and heavy-equipment oversight.
• Drive project planning and execution, contributing to long-term business planning and operational strategy.
• Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and ethical work practices.
