Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver social housing retrofit works across occupied properties in Enfield. You will manage daily site operations, supply chains, resident liaison and programme delivery.

You will travel between multiple properties, maintain accurate site records and ensure compliance with PAS 2030/2035, health and safety, and quality standards.

This ongoing contract offers £32 per hour with immediate or short-notice start.

Qualifications

• Minimum site management experience in social housing or retrofit.
• Understanding of PAS 2030/2035 processes and requirements.
• Experience managing supply chains and occupied properties.
• Valid Black or Gold CSCS card.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• First Aid certified.
• Asbestos awareness knowledge.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own ULEZ-compliant vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site operatives.
• Ensure works comply with PAS 2030/2035.
• Monitor programme, quality, health and safety, and productivity.

Requirements
