Position: Site Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new housebuilding development in Stafford for an established PLC housebuilder.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential new build and, preferably, previous experience working directly for or alongside a PLC housebuilder. Experience across both Housing Association and Open Market housing would be highly advantageous.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Site Manager with proven experience in residential housebuilding, ideally with previous experience working for a PLC builder.

• Timber frame and traditional construction methods.

• Working to build programmes and deadlines.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential housebuilding.

• Strong understanding of health & safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to manage and coordinate a busy residential development.
