Job summary

Job description

  • Oversee a particular region and/or field offices for an assigned contract
  • Oversee administrative, technical, operational, contractual, and financial program components
  • Implement and monitor the company’s quality control plan and training programs
  • Enforce program changes and disseminate guidance to personnel
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, company policies, applicable laws, regulations, quality standards, training, and contractual requirements
  • Maintain communication with employees, departments, executive management, and agency authorities
  • Implement uniform processes and procedures across program offices
  • Conduct weekly supervisor meetings and elevate field issues for resolution
  • Manage schedules, staffing, staff utilization, overtime, labor hours, timesheets, expenses, and leave requests
  • Conduct field-site spot checks for contract compliance
  • Evaluate, coach, and take corrective action with Site Supervisors; recommend salary increases
  • Interview candidates and provide site operations overviews during new-hire training
  • Identify staffing needs and address employee behavior or performance issues
  • Manage on-site teams including Site Supervisors, Office Administrators, Logistics Specialists, and Transportation Specialists
  • Manage multiple projects and provide timely reports to Executive Management
  • Recommend SOP updates and assist with policy, guideline, procedure, and best-practice development
  • Conduct orientation and on-the-job training for Site Supervisors and Administrative Assistants
  • Manage project finances and staff utilization
  • Monitor Power BI data and the effectiveness of IT systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or an associate degree with two or more years of extra relevant experience, or more than four years of related experience may be substituted for a degree
  • At least two years of documented experience in law, social work, detention, corrections, or a similar occupational area
  • Management and supervisory experience applicable to the program environment
  • Two years’ experience managing employees in a similar program environment
  • Ability to leverage technology to manage contract requirements and improve complex processes and procedures
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Investigative and analytical skills and report writing experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Accessible by mobile phone 24/7/365
  • Available for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the United States
  • Proof of US passport or being in the process of obtaining one
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
  • Favorable credit check
  • Successful background investigation and drug screen
  • May be required to pass or present position-specific requirements such as DOT exam, vaccinations, CPR, or flu shot
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Must be able to write, type, and use a telephone system 100% of the time
