Job summary

Fitch Irick Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance across our properties, including grounds, buildings, and amenities. You will respond to maintenance requests, complete unit turnovers, and ensure safety and compliance with program requirements.

The role involves heavy labor, regular reporting, and adherence to Fair Housing regulations, OSHA, and Fitch Irick policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA/CFC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• 1+ year of maintenance experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, and maintain property grounds, buildings and amenities, including removal of trash.
• Schedule and complete all preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect grounds, amenities, units, and buildings and report risks to Site Manager.
