Job summary

Perdue Farms seeks a Complex Technical Site Manager to drive operational excellence at the Perry, GA site, leading maintenance, asset performance, and reliability programs to minimize downtime, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.

In this leadership role you will collaborate with operations, engineering, and training teams, develop technical talent, support capital projects, and advance safety, TPM, 5S, and regulatory compliance across the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of maintenance management systems and processes, preventative and predictive maintenance, manufacturing technologies and standard software applications.
• Strong communication skills, math, organizational and analytical skills.
• CMRP, Six Sigma, Lean Certifications Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance excellence and continuous improvement programs to reduce downtime, lower costs, and maximize productivity.
• Develop and deploy maintenance and store improvement programs; manage capital projects as directed.
• Oversee maintenance staff: hiring, training, development, evaluation and performance management.
• Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance is performed and records maintained; ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
