Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of engineering/maintenance leadership in food manufacturing or high‑automation environments.
• Proven ability to lead large capital projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (USDA/FDA, HACCP, GMP).
• Experience with TPM, RCA, FMEA and OEE improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, reliability, utilities, and automation systems for a large, 24/7 plant.
• Set the engineering vision and standards aligned with production goals and food safety.
• Develop high‑performance teams across maintenance, reliability, and controls.
• Lead capital projects from concept to commissioning with ROI focus.
• Manage MOC, compliance, and audit readiness for USDA/FDA environments.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Kaizen initiatives.
