Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Site Manager to oversee daily field maintenance and construction activities at the site, managing up to 150+ employees and coordinating with subcontractors and client teams.

The role requires extensive supervision experience, strong safety leadership, and the ability to manage schedule, budget, and quality across multiple projects while promoting best practices and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of craft experience with certifications is a plus.
• 3-5 years of supervision experience in a fast-paced maintenance/construction environment.
• General computer skills (email, Word, Excel) and good verbal communication.
• Must be able to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct daily field maintenance/construction activities for assigned owner units and projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensure schedule adherence, safety, and cost control.
• Provide input for project scheduling, subcontracting strategy, and labor planning.
• Oversee crew workflow, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and operational procedures are followed.
• Participate in safety audits and client planning/scheduling meetings.
• Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction for the site.
