Job summary

Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a skilled supervisor responsible for daily oversight of construction and maintenance activities at a Texas site. You will manage client relations, mentor teams, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met within the project schedule.

You will coordinate with multiple crafts and subcontractors, lead foreman meetings, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to client procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 0–3 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on construction and maintenance activities per the weekly schedule.
• Coordinate effectively with craft superintendents and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and schedule adherence.
• Provide input, motivate crews, and manage multi-discipline activities within project areas.
• Develop and monitor look-ahead schedules and corrective plans to meet productivity targets.
• Mentor and coach direct reports and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
