C&W Services is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance at a single site, ensuring reliability and performance of engineering assets. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and play a key role in safety, efficiency, and team development.

Responsibilities include leading safety initiatives, driving maintenance programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Strong safety culture and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership - Champion a safety-first culture with training, audits and incident resolution.
• Operational Excellence - Lead preventive/predictive maintenance to improve reliability and KPIs (PM/PdM, OEE).
• Leadership and Team Development - Supervise technicians; conduct 1:1s and coaching; develop high-potential staff.
• Collaboration and Client Support - Act as on-site contact; communicate goals and improvements.
• Administrative Oversight - Ensure training completion, accurate CMMS data, inventory and budget compliance.
