CBRE Global WorkplaceSolutions (GWS) is seeking a Area Maintenance Manager to lead daily material handling operations across multi-site facilities, ensuring safe working conditions and high equipment reliability. You will plan staffing, supervise technicians, and coach performance to meet departmental goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, root-cause analysis, preventive/predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives with the client and maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 4+ years leading manufacturing teams.
• 4+ years of compatible experience and/or training.
• 2+ years' experience with preventive/predictive maintenance of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily functions of material handling operations and maintenance for multi-site facilities.
• Plan, schedule, and advise the work of employees; evaluate quality of work.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance of high speed conveyance systems and equipment.
• Participate in interviewing/hiring, training, performance evaluations, and corrective actions.
• Disseminate work standards and procedures; communicate goals and objectives.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Provide performance management for team development and growth.
• Plan staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime.
• Model company values and cultivate positive client operations relationships.
