The role focuses on coordinating staff, planning work, and maintaining critical conveyance systems for a major client.

You will drive continuous improvement, oversee staffing and training, and partner with client teams to meet performance goals in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture across CBRE employees.
• Plan, schedule, and advise work of employees; evaluate quality.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance of high speed conveyance systems and other equipment.
• Assist Managers in communicating and achieving departmental goals.
• Participate in interviews, training, evaluations, corrective actions, and terminations.
• Formulate and communicate work standards and procedures.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Provide performance management for team development.
• Plan staffing levels and labor utilization, including overtime.
• Lead by example and model the company values.
• Cultivate positive relationships with client and operations maintenance team.
