You will supervise maintenance technicians, coordinate with MM/RMM, and ensure timely work orders and accurate data in the CMMS.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and collaboration with client and operations teams to achieve high performance and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations at a single site and ensure reliability of engineering assets.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor KPIs (PM/PdM completion, high-severity breakdowns, OEE) and manage SIM tickets.
