Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety training.
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability and OEE.
• Supervise and coach maintenance technicians and support development.
• Serve as on-site liaison for maintenance issues with operations and client teams.
