Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager in Huntley, IL to oversee site maintenance operations, ensure reliability of assets, and support team development. You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager and manage safety and performance metrics on a back-half night schedule.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance leadership, a technical background in predictive/preventive maintenance, and flexibility to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture and ensure safety training and audits.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coach on skill development.
• Act as the on-site point of contact for maintenance issues and participate in daily site meetings.
• Maintain CMMS data accuracy and support budget and inventory controls.
