Job summary

C&W Services is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee single-site maintenance operations, focusing on reliability and safety. You will lead preventive/predictive maintenance programs, manage a team of technicians, and collaborate with site leadership to meet uptime goals.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance leadership, strong safety focus, and flexibility to work varied shifts. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; CMMS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management role overseeing maintenance teams and multi-site operations.
• Proficient in preventive/predictive maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends as required by operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor KPIs such as PM/PdM completion and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Supervise maintenance technicians and provide coaching on skill development.
