Job summary

Lithium Americas is seeking a Logistics and Warehousing Supervisor to manage site warehousing, inventory, and inbound/outbound logistics at the Thacker Pass operation in Nevada. You will lead stores, MRO, bulk reagents, and finished goods, ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling.

The role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and may involve travel to other sites. Strong leadership, ERP/SAP proficiency, and experience in mining or chemical operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Experience in supervisory roles and safety leadership.
• Knowledge of hazardous materials handling and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including stores, inventory, bulk and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and carrier management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, packaging, labeling and export documentation.
• Lead safety initiatives and develop staff through training and mentoring.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and costs.
