You will oversee site warehousing, inventory management, and inbound/outbound logistics to support construction, commissioning, and steady-state lithium production. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, managing MRO and spare parts, coordinating shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring warehouse staff to safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics/warehousing with mining or asset‑intensive industries preferred.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role with safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and inbound/outbound logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, hazardous materials and export regulations.
• Lead, develop and mentor warehouse and logistics staff.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with cross-functional teams.
