Job summary

Lithium Americas is seeking a Logistics and Warehousing Supervisor to join the Supply Chain team at Thacker Pass, NV. You will oversee site warehousing, inventory, and inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring safe, compliant operations and accurate inventory records.

In this role you will lead all warehousing functions, coordinate with carriers, manage third-party providers, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and adherence to SDS and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Five years' experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Two years' supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong safety, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with export logistics and working with third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including stores, inventory, bulk and packaged reagents, finished goods, and staging areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across all material categories and storage systems.
• Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Lead safety-focused warehousing and logistics activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound transportation and carrier management; work with third-party providers.
