Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. is currently looking for a Material Handler to transport, load and unload materials, tools and equipment at project sites.

You will report to the Logistics Manager and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate inventory records. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and the ability to operate forklifts and cranes after required certifications.

Qualifications

• References, Background Check, Drug Screen Testing, Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials, tools and equipment.
• Completes deliveries in a prompt manner to designated areas as determined by the Superintendent and Foreman.
• Maintains inventory sheets and communicates stocking levels to supervisors.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves a safe a clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area and workstations neat.
• Maintains clean material storage area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information and sending to the Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results
