Job summary

E2 Optics, LLC is seeking a Logistics/Inventory Coordinator to support our fast-growing data center projects. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting site operations with efficient logistics.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in Logistics/Supply Chain, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and strong data-analysis skills. This on-site position emphasizes safety and SOP development in a dynamic construction

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years' knowledge and experience in Logistics/Supply Chain; preferably in Structured Cabling or related industry/construction
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience; including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling the work assignments of others
• Good data analysis and calculation skills to support effective Logistics decisions
• Ability to develop and anchor standard operating procedures that effectively capture Logistics processes and tasks

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures on all worksites.
• Coordinate receipt of deliveries and verify accuracy of materials.
• Track materials, inventory levels, and shipments to support site operations.
• Oversee inbound/outbound warehouse deliveries and unloading of site material.
• Manage packing lists vs. PO descriptions and conduct physical counts.
• Support project managers and field supervisors with logistics of materials.
