Job summary

SB Energy Corp. is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Site Logistics for its Data Center Supply Chain team in the United States.

The role focuses on safeguarding OFCI equipment, coordinating inventory, storage, preservation, and site-readiness across outsourced facilities, with a strong emphasis on preventing damage and optimizing handoffs and deliveries. You will lead a team or project in storage networks, warehouse coordination, and vendor performance, while ensuring compliance with engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years owning warehouse, inventory, material-handling, or site-logistics operations.
• Experience qualifying and managing third-party facilities and warehouse systems, including receiving, inventory transactions, counts, reconciliation, aging, and outbound release.
• Experience implementing preservation, condition, custody, quarantine, discrepancy, and claims-support controls for industrial equipment.
• Experience coordinating construction or industrial site readiness, access, laydown, unloading and rigging interfaces, delivery sequencing, receiving, and handoff.
• Strong provider performance management, inventory data skills, and cross-functional judgment under schedule, condition, capacity, safety, and cost pressure.

Responsibilities

• Storage Network and Capacity: Manage a single warehouse/storage provider with inventory-system access and dashboards; plan capacity and verify preservation requirements.
• Receiving and Inventory: Direct third-party logistics providers in receiving, inspection, tracking, and reconciliations; manage adjustments and write-offs.
• Preservation and Condition: Implement OEM- and Engineering-approved preservation and warranty-care requirements with inspections and due dates.
• Storage Release and Site Readiness: Coordinate inbound/outbound with Transportation and Control Tower; confirm access, laydown, and delivery windows.
• Custody and Handoff: Own consolidated logistics handoff record with quantity, condition, and delivery evidence; expose discrepancies.
• Incidents and Disposition: Lead storage-incident investigation; manage returns, repairs, redeployment, or disposal with approvals.
• Provider and Cost Management: Manage provider facilities, storage, and cost against approved scope and SLAs; provide dwell and accrual inputs to Finance.
• Records and Performance: Maintain records in OFCI register; lead reviews and improvement actions.
• Controls and Improvement: Apply supply chain controls and improvement proposals; coordinate with Field resources.
