A leading company is seeking a Site Logistics Coordinator in Tampa, FL. This role involves coordinating site logistics, managing budgets, and planning events. Under general supervision, COORDINATES site logistics and events to drive engagement and experiences.
Essential Functions:
1. COORDINATES budget for Site team in location.
2. MAINTAINS professional calendars and MAKES appointments as instructed. ATTENDS meetings and TRANSCRIBES minutes.
3. COMPOSES and DISTRIBUTES meeting notes, routine correspondence, presentation materials and reports.
4. HANDLES requests from multiple departments. RECEIVES, REVIEWS, and FORWARDS departmental invoices for processing.
5. MAINTAINS and ORDERS inventory of office supplies. PERFORMS ad-hoc requests that may involve, ordering bereavement flowers, updating Law Posters, mail handling as needed, and more.
6. COORDINATES space planning, neighborhood planning, office space planning, and overall space of office in tandem with site manager and local leaders.
7. COORDINATES AND PLANS for events both large and small, to include but not limited to researching, budgeting, and implementing.
8. DEVELOPS newsletter for location communication. MAINTAINS SharePoint site for meetings, events, and routine reporting.
9. COORDINATE AND MAINTAINS social media, in-office visual and digital marketing (TVs, signage, invites, merch)
10. TRACKS events by gathering photos, RSVPs, and providing reporting updates on engagement.
11. ADHERES to the Code of Conduct, company policies, and operating principles.
12. MEETS attendance standard at business location to perform necessary job functions and to facilitate interaction with management and co-workers.

Must be able to, with or without accommodation, perform the essential functions which include, but are not limited to seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Must be able to multi-task
Must be able to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Must have the following work/education experience:
Relevant associate engagement experience
Project management experience and strong problem-solving skill
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and prioritize work
Preferred 2-4 years of event planning/logistics experience
Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
Preferred Bachelor’s degree
In office requirements – 4-5 days per week. Position located in Dallas, TX and Tampa, FL.
