Job Description:
- Procurement Division of an Electronic Company in Torrance, CA is looking for a Temp Logistics Coordinator. Domestic and international import and export operation experience preferred.
- Data entry and document creation using MS Excel, ERP system, and MS Word.
- Communication with team members, customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to handle orders and shipments.
Description:
- Process sales orders – acknowledgment, corrections, price checks, input into the system.
- Update customers on order status.
- Communicate with suppliers.
- Coordinate delivery schedules.
- Data entry into the company's customized system.
- Documentation, data entry, and filing.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office and other software used for processing sales and purchase orders.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in import/export, logistics, or trading companies preferred.
- Experience in order processing and document creation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Japanese speaking and writing skills.
