Location & Hours:
This is an hourly, full-time, temporary position which will last for a minimum of 4 months with a potential for extension based on business needs. This remote role is based in the EST zone with designated office hours for maximum team efficiency. Daily office hours are Monday through Friday with a designated start time of 6:00 am or 7:00 am EST. Shifts last 6-8 hours long plus a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
Position Summary:
The Logistics Coordinator assists the team to ensure that shipments are processed accurately and in compliance with internal requirements. This position is responsible for systematically reviewing a high volume of invoices for accuracy, comparing them to data available in various systems and ensuring all required documentation is aligned. To find success in this position, you should be very comfortable with juggling large sets of data and utilizing pre-built excel templates and queries to visually verify data accuracy.

The pay range for this full time position is $27 – $35 USD per hour. This is an hourly, full-time, temporary position. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
