Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to support manufacturing operations by coordinating the learning program for new and existing employees. This includes planning and measuring training activities and partnering with operations supervisors.

Required: high school diploma, 3+ years in a regulated environment with LMS data management, and proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office. Competitive benefits and a strong safety culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a regulated environment with data management in a Learning Management System (LMS).
• System proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead & coordinate training by partnering with operations supervisors to build effective plans.
• Monitor onboarding progress and KPIs to ensure workforce competency and readiness.
• Develop and document learning materials; manage training documentation submission to Learning team.
• Promote safety and quality throughout the training process.
