Elanco is seeking a Manager, Site L&D to join the Site Operations team and lead the training program, LMS administration, and documentation control. You will ensure compliance and readiness while partnering with HR and SMEs to deliver an effective onboarding experience.

You will manage SuccessFactors (LMS), coordinate audits, and create read-and-sign materials within the quality system, supporting site learners and managers across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with L&D administration and LMS data.
• Proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office; strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Administer the LMS (SuccessFactors) and manage courses.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness with training records.
• Serve as Veeva Document Controller and Owner for the Learning team.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding with HR.
• Provide support for instructor-led training and liaison with EBS ticketing team.
• Partner with site managers to align local processes with global standards.
