Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Manager- Site Learning & Development to lead the site learning team, define and maintain robust training programs, and ensure compliance with cGMPs. You will own the Frontline Leader program and partner with site leaders to drive continuous learning and efficiency.

The role requires experience with manufacturing L&D, SuccessFactors/Veeva QDOCS, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with manufacturing L&D administration activities.
• Document controller in Veeva QDOCS.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of cGMPs and GMP environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of operational excellence fundamentals.
• Demonstrated initiative and problem solving.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and able to work with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead site learning team to define, create, manage and maintain learning programs for site capabilities.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness across manufacturing sites.
• Oversee Frontline Leader program implementation at the site.
• Develop effective training programs for instructors and staff.
• Collaborate with Learning Architects to share best practices and drive improvements.
• Establish learning metrics and governance; participate in daily site huddles and DRB/CCB as needed.
• Provide supervision and coaching to site learning resources; manage deviations and CAPAs as required.
