Job summary

L'Oréal in Franklin, NJ is seeking a Site Lean Expert who will drive performance improvements across the plant, blending strategic roadmaps with hands-on execution to implement site-wide change. You will be the factory's leading expert in Lean, TPM, and EOS standards, targeting measurable gains in OEE, yield, and waste reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering/operations field.
• Minimum of 5 years leading complex CI projects in manufacturing.
• CI/Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Deep expertise deploying TPM and EOS frameworks.
• Experience with Autonomous Maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and deployment of the Operational Excellence Implementation Plan.
• Act as the site expert for Lean, TPM, and EOS standards.
• Drive cross-functional performance analysis to identify deviations and optimize resources.
• Coach and upskill teams from shop floor to leadership in TPM, 5S, EOS, and daily routines.
• Share best practices with the global EOS community and adapt corporate frameworks locally.
