Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field with 7–10+ years in manufacturing/operational excellence.
• Proven track record implementing Lean and CI programs in production environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish and govern a structured site CI portfolio with ROI evaluation and sustainability.
• Lead initiatives to improve productivity, reduce costs, cycle times, and changeovers.
• Deploy Lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, line balancing, standard work, Kanban).
• Conduct data‑driven assessments and implement sustainable shopfloor improvements.
• Lead structured problem solving and root cause analysis to reduce variation.
• Support material flow, internal logistics, and production ramp‑ups with standardized processes.
