Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Site Lean Expert in Franklin, NJ to lead continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and EOS. You will drive site-wide performance projects, coach teams, and ensure alignment with safety and quality standards while shaping a resilient CI culture.

As the head coach for TPM, 5S, and EOS, you will deliver hands-on execution and strategic roadmaps, partnering with leadership to optimize plant performance and sustain long-term improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial manufacturing with CI project leadership.
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Deep TPM and L'Oréal EOS framework expertise.
• Strong process, safety, quality understanding; CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Operational Excellence plan and TPM/Lean pillars deployment.
• Serve as Black Belt for solving complex plant problems and improving yield, OEE, and scrap.
• Integrate TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma with EOS alignment and safety targets.
• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Coach and upskill teams from shop floor to leadership on TPM, 5S, and EOS.
• Share best practices with L'Oréal EOS community and localize corporate frameworks.
