Job summary

The role requires years of management experience, strong organizational skills, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. A CDL is preferred, and the job involves field and office duties in Concord, NC.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of diverse management experience.
• Strong project management and resource planning capabilities.
• Ability to lead, direct, and delegate.
• Experience motivating, coaching and counseling staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Outlook for reporting.
• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Knowledge of DOT/OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation, hauling and support operations.
• Monitor and improve operating metrics and customer service performance.
• Participate in budget development and resource allocation.
• Conduct root-cause investigations and training follow-ups.
• Lead staff selection, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety programs are in place.
