Job summary

Stord is seeking a Site Leader to run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will lead supervisors and hourly staff, drive staffing plans, and ensure accurate inventory while maintaining safety and service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a SCM-related field, 5-7 years of leadership in distribution, and experience with WMS. Strong communication and budget awareness are essential for success at Stord.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of leadership experience in warehouse/distribution; 4+ years supervising.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and material handling equipment.
• Lean experience preferred; food-grade experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple supervisors and hourly staff across warehouse operations.
• Plan staffing schedules and adjust to meet demand and budgets.
• Manage inbound/outbound loading and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain safety, productivity and customer service standards daily.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Excellence to enhance customer experience.
