Job summary

Sensaria, a leader in wall decor and print-on-demand, seeks a Site Leader to transform the Morrisville facility into a highly efficient, automated operation focused on SQDC and a disciplined 5S environment.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost, lead capital projects, optimize production, and build a high-performing team while partnering with HR and executive leadership to meet aggressive growth goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing with P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• Lean, 5S, and Six Sigma -- Black Belt or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead zero-harm culture and ensure EHS compliance.
• Drive throughput, reduce lead times, and improve OEE.
• Own site P&L and manage budgets and KPIs.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; build a high-performing team.
• Manage capital projects end-to-end with ROI justification.
• Partner across sites to share best practices and capacity planning.
