Circle Graphics + Sensaria in Morrisville, NC is seeking a Site Leader to transform our printing and image processing facility into a lean, world-class operation. Based onsite, you will embed 5S, Kaizen, and daily improvement into every process, partnering with executive leadership to drive SQDC outcomes.

You will own the site P&L, lead safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives, and build a high-performing team across production, maintenance, and vendor relationships, delivering measurable

Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years in manufacturing with upper management and P&L responsibility.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, business, or related field.
• Certifications: Lean, 5S, Six Sigma; formal certifications preferred.
• Leadership: Self-motivated, results-oriented leader in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a zero-harm culture with proactive risk identification and regulatory compliance across EHS.
• Drive quality through standardization and RCA/5 Whys to meet customer expectations and ISO standards.
• Oversee production to optimize throughput, reduce lead times, and achieve ≥98% on-time delivery; enhance OEE.
• Own site P&L and drive financial performance through labor optimization and disciplined CAPEX.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization, partnering with HR to foster accountability and engagement.
• Serve as Lean leader embedding 5S, Kaizen, Leader Standard Work, and daily improvement.
