Job summary

Sensaria, a leader in wall decor and print-on-demand, seeks a Production Supervisor for our weekend crew in Morrisville, NC. The role is Friday–Sunday, 6 AM–6:30 PM, overseeing CDP production with a hands-on floor presence, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, Lean experience, and a track record of people management, staffing, and Kaizen involvement. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• 1–2+ years in a production lead role with supervisory responsibility.
• 1+ years in Lean manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing people preferred.
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, and shift operations.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily directions to leads and operators to ensure safe, quality, on-time production.
• Conduct daily team meetings covering safety, quality, and output metrics.
• Plan and manage daily staffing to balance lines and output.
• Provide performance feedback and uphold attendance and policies as needed.
• Identify process improvement and cost reduction opportunities and implement changes.
• Lead root cause analysis to reduce repeat issues and update work instructions.
