Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a General Manager (Site Leader) to oversee all aspects of operation at a high-volume site, delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading a hands-on team. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and operational excellence in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

The position includes base pay with premium overtime, bonus structures, and a generous profit-sharing program, plus a schedule designed for work-life balance. 47-hour work weeks with no late nights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience required.
• Willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• Must be able to work outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-15 employees and foster a culture of teamwork and fun.
• Maintain a fast-paced and structured work environment.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences through quality and friendly service.
• Perform limited administrative tasks and quick equipment checks.
• Attract, recruit, train, and develop employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
