Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a busy car wash site in the United States. You will work on the front line with a team, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will guide 10-15 team members, handle quick decisions, and train staff while maintaining a safe, clean facility in all weather. Great growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10-15 employees and foster teamwork.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through friendly service.
• Assist in training and developing employees.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility and equipment areas.
• Assist in limited admin tasks and equipment checks.
