Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead a busy car wash site, owning the daily operations, staff development, guest experience, and performance. You will report to the Market Director and work to build a high-performing team and a place guests and employees want to return to.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, maintaining safety and quality, driving memberships and service upsells, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

• Oversee site operations and equipment performance, maintenance, and vendor support.
• Analyze metrics and implement improvements to increase performance and reduce downtime.
