Job summary

Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a hands-on Site Team Lead to supervise daily wash operations and engage customers with a friendly, high-energy approach. You will promote memberships, guide customers through services, and uphold safety standards while coordinating a small team outdoors.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. You will open/close shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure every car receives a Sparkle Quality wash, with a focus on service

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and train others.
• Attention to quality and detail in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, explain services and memberships, and promote offerings to drive engagement.
• Direct vehicles safely into wash tunnels and ensure proper preparation and positioning.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and escalate issues as needed.
• Inspect vehicles before and after wash to ensure quality and report any issues.
