Job summary

The Take 5 Car Wash Avon site is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to lead daily operations, guest experience, and team performance.

You will recruit, train, coach, and develop the Assistant Site Manager, Shift Leads, and Team Members while upholding company standards and safety in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You’ll drive membership growth, manage budgets, and analyze KPI data to improve throughput and profitability while building a culture that aligns with Take 5’s values.
