Job summary

Flexcar is seeking a Site Lead (General Manager) in Conshohocken, PA to oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and ensure a best-in-class member experience. You will own fleet readiness, staffing, vendor management, and the full P&L impact of the site, seven days a week.

We value urgency, excellence, and strong analytical thinking. The role requires leadership to maintain safety, service quality, and adherence to brand standards while collaborating with HQ on improvements and programs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading day-to-day site operations and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage P&L and budgeting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across the hub: fleet readiness, scheduling, vendor relationships.
• Own the full performance of a Flexcar location including hiring, training, and leading the team.
• Manage local cost side of the P&L and drive profitability.
• Ensure consistent execution across service, fleet, member experience, and inventory.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory, turnaround times, NPS, utilization, cost per mile.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience with clean cars and on-time orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe site meeting brand standards.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement new programs and improvements.
• Roles may specialize as General Manager or Fleet/Member Experience Manager.
