Job summary

Flexcar is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Conshohocken hub, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and exceptional member experience. This role is responsible for making the site is maintaining full P&L compliance, fleet performance, staffing, vendor management, on time fulfillment, vehicle quality and execution of all site activities—7 days a week.

The Site Manager will drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and adapt quickly to changing business

Qualifications

• 5+ years of site operations leadership or general management experience.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Data-driven decision making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hub operations and fleet readiness.
• Own full P&L performance and cost control for the site.
• Hire, train, and lead the on-site team and mentor staff.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor KPIs: inventory, turnaround times, NPS, utilization, cost per mile.
• Ensure clean, safe, and high-quality member experiences.
• Collaborate with HQ on programs and operational improvements.
