Location: 9141 Old U.S. 22, Bethel, PA 19507. This position is performed onsite at one of the Company’s operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $99,560 - $124,450, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $99,560 - $149,340. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Shift: Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00am to 8:00am OR Sunday - Wednesday from 11:00am to 8:00am. Hours subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Logistics:

As the Senior Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional Director. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel.
• The physical activity associated with this position is considered high. You will regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.

• Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
